Me and my partner were lucky enough to secure and buy our first house with Newton Fallowell. They found us the house, gave us plenty of information and advice on being first time home owners and had great communication throughout the whole process, they kept us in the loop all the time and when faced with issues they were sorted straight away with ease, I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thomas Baines sorted us out with everything we needed and guided us through the process, however we have met the whole team and they're all brilliant, very friendly and professional.
Strongly recommend to friends and family best Estate agent by far, Iwill be doing all my business through the friendly and reliable service they offer.

Shocking agent in Melton, dont care about Tennents when things go wrong, don't have any after care, and all they want to do is argue with you when there is a problem. They have no communication skills and talk to you like something on the bottom of your shoe. Can't comment on the sales side of things, but apparently it's all run by the same people... avoid at all costs as you will lose your deposit over nothing, I had to take them to ourt to get mine ba k as they just font listen or believe what you say, anyways I'm happy I got all mine back and they had to pay the court fees, all because they didn't listen.. oh well glad I got rid now.

Excellent service from all of the team at Newton Fallowell this year. Having had a hostile tenant efficiently given proper notice with the help of Sara and all regulations as a landlord dealt with by the team for me ,we then went on to market the property. Received an offer very quickly and I can't praise Tom highly enough for all of his efforts. The solicitors on both sides were dragging their heels and I was very disappointed in their service but Tom effectively did a lot of their work for them , chasing both sides and conferring regularly with both myself and the purchaser. Great work and I highly recommend them.

I instructed Newton Fallowell to sell a 3-bedroom house in Melton Mowbray on behalf of administrators. I was very impressed with the professionalism shown throughout the sale process, from their initial presentation, the regular feedback from viewings, to achieving a sale price in line with their initial expectations. They were proactive throughout the sales process and they kept on top of the legal advisers on both sides of the deal. I would highly recommend this agent and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Recently my long-term tenants moved out and the house needed a refurb; Hannah (of Newton Fallowell) did a great job organising all the work needed (new boiler, all repairs, wall/floor coverings…) and finished them in good time.
