I’ve been really pleased with how they have managed my rental property in Preston. I don’t like being a landlord but doing it through Highgate really takes the hassle away.
The regular reports are so thorough and they ensure that all tenant queries are dealt with and that the home is well maintained for them.
Worth every penny.

Been as a good tenant they tried to steal my deposit at the end of tenancy but thanks to DPS. They tried to take 51% of the deposit and tried hard to convince me for it and stop me from going to dispute it but I refused and took it DPS and DPS gave me 80% of my deposit and that also because they lied to them.
I'm 100% sure all the 5 stars reviews are from landlords not tenants.
If you have such type of cleaning job please let me know and I will happily do it for £200.
