Keelie was superb from start to finish keeping us well informed throughout the sale and getting a great price for the property and Peter was great with the final stage of handing over the keys.

Clifford Smith Sutcliffe and all the staff were fantastic from start to finish. Keelie went above and beyond to help us with our purchase and sale and I cannot thank her enough. Stephen talked me though everything and helped me understand the process which put my mind at ease. Our sale was handled professionally and by a very competent team. They efficiently dealt with all our questions and promptly requested everything to make the sale go smoothly.
The valuation process was easy, Scott handled everything and did a great job with the photos of the property and the details which showed the best qualities of the house. I was over the moon with them, would use them again and recommend to anyone. 5 Stars!!

Simply put, the best people I have ever dealt with. I purchased a house through them; sadly, there were some complications, but they were on my side with the house I was selling. This really wasn't the job of Clifford Smith; however, they were more than willing to do everything in their power they could to help get the deal through.

Special mention to Keelie, who, without her, I really don't think I'd be in the position I am in. She was on the phone every day to every person involved with the sale of my house and helping and giving me any advice she could. Without a doubt, I would be dealing with them all again. Clifford Smith Sutcliffe recently sold my family home in Barrowford. The process was slick through from initial visit and valuation to pictures and brochures right through to arranging buyer visits and negotiating on price. The team are all extremely friendly and always on the other side of a phone to help with queries.
