Strutt & Parker are my rental and managing agent. They provide an excellent service; Georgina Cartwright manages the lettings and has found a reliable tenant who has regularly renewed the lease and keeps the house in excellent order. Georgina also provides advice on upgrades to the property that enhance its rental value. The property management team have improved significantly in recent years; they are quick to deal with issues and have team of cost effective tradespeople. The team is available direct to the tenant and has an out of hours emergency service. I am very happy with the service.
