We cannot recommend Richie and Matt at Elsewhere strongly enough! Money very well spent. They identified the key selling points of the house and introduced realistic potential buyers. They have gone above and beyond anything expected of an estate agent for a fraction of the price, seeing the sale through right to completion. Always contactable and definitely give the personal touch.

I have been dealing with Elsewhere and in particular , Bernard Hodgson for three years now. Due to personal circumstances I had to remove my home from sale the first time and Bernard was incredibly supportive and patient from that time until I was able to remarket my home recently. All the way through he has kept in touch and made sure that I was up to date with the current market being very professional. He guided me with the marketing this time and within two weeks we had a good sale. Unfortunately, Mr Muhr Q has not been happy with the outcome, however, I can only stress that Bernard has conducted the sale both professionally and legally keeping me informed as to any further offers that came forward enabling me to make the best decision.
Bernard has immense experience and knowledge both of the business and of the local market that supports both vendor and purchaser alike. I would HIGHLY recommend Bernard personally as your estate agent for a thorough and professional service without any stress to you the vendor.

Worst experience ever dealing with agent BERNARD. Accepted our offer, sent confirmation of agreed price and started paper work with us and then showed house to other buyers giving us the wrong picture. I also took my kids for second viewing as they were very excited to see their new home but then I was told by the agent that they have received higher offers, and asked if we wanted to increase offer or they will sell to another buyer.
Extremely bad conduct. Will never ever go back to this agency and especially agent BERNARD should be ashamed of himself!

REPLY TO FIONAJ: I don’t know what information you were given but I can post a picture of Bernard’s email telling us that the sale has been agreed on our offer ne the paper work had been started with the solicitors! I also brought my kids to show them the house and they were all very excited when after a week he told us that he has been showing other people for more offer. As a seller I understand you want the best deal but as a buyer I can tell you it was wrong and immoral!

We recently sold a probate property with Bernard at Elsewhere and the level of service was top class. We were kept informed of every development (often on a daily basis) and provided with excellent advice on how best to proceed. What could have potentially been a difficult and protracted sale went through very smoothly. We would 100% recommend Elsewhere and Bernard in particular.

My girlfriend and I went through a raft of estate agents when we decided to put our property on the market but then we came across a letter from Elsewhere and we knew that we needed to contact them. It very much appealed to me that their marketing letter through our letterbox wasn't the bog-standard template you usually see, it was quite personal and specific so when we contacted them and organised a viewing and so on, we immediately felt like all of our questions and apprehensions we had with other estate agents was no longer here. They were able to find us great new tenants within a month of working with us and I think it's safe to say that my girlfriend and I will most certainly look to work with Elsewhere again at our next earliest availability opportunity!

Despite the short turnaround and Easter holiday slowing things down a bit, the team at Elsewhere were able to get me into the studio flat I had been interested in fairly quickly and just in time to start my new job which was located within the area I had moved to.

Chloe initiated the process and the rest was handled by Jan who went above and beyond to ensure I was constantly in the loop as the referencing period was on a tight deadline before the move-in date. Even on the day I moved, she met me briefly (covid rules applied) to make sure I was happy with the property and that everything went smoothly.

I recommend Elsewhere if you're looking to rent within Slough and surrounding areas.
