Very impressed with Little London Properties in particular Julie who I dealt with .
She was very patient and professional, I have been dealing with estate agents the last year and hands down this is the best one of the whole lot . Highly recommended .

We have had a very disappointing experience with Little London. Over a 6.5 year period various things were mismanaged by the team. 3/4 tenants were given keys to our attic which contained all of our belongings - things went missing. The inventories were not thoroughly handled, with 3/4 tenants our property was removed or damaged without any record from the clerk. Records like chimney sweep certificates lost - meaning we had to cover these costs between tenants. Work was done to the (listed) house without consultation and will need to be redone at our cost now we have resumed residence. No compensation, no apology, no rectification.

Another tenant (who are also with these cowboys) tried to seriously maim/ arguably kill me, and it was clear that Little London did not give a **** as long as they were still receiving their rent. Only when I got the Ombudsman involved did they offer me a solution. If you fancy living your life on the edge, with a potential risk of harm/death, rent through this lot

Awful letting agency. We were very good tenants for 2 years but decided to move somewhere else after getting no help with extremely disruptive neighbours (renting through them as well) who turned violent in the end. They offered no help, no support or genuine concern for us or our safety, before, during or after, in particular Julie who managed our case. Do yourself a favour and stay away.
