they are very rude and unreliable the property i rented through them had so many problems the boiler didn't work and i contacted them so many times in winter i had to use a electrical heater because the central heating didn't work i had to stay 6 months in that place even though i gave them 2 months notice they said i cant leave before 6 months other wise i will lose my deposit. They should not run this estate agent.

when my house was empty and i was worried to let out, i approach Atco estates to let out my house. they found a appropriate tenant within two weeks and also i gave them property on management.
After one year from the date the took over my hose on management i had no issue at all and they provide me hassle free service and very cost effective too.
i recommend this agency to any one if he looking to let out their house on management service its excellent.

Not so friendly, no follow up calls

They put adverts on gumtree- daily, of the same properties, when u enquire, the properties do not exist! Wasting their own time and other peoples too!
