I have had a six month short term ‘Let’ arranged through Bridge’s Lettings in Aldershot.

My experience with this company has been a hugely positive one from the outset. They (the staff) really made me feel at ease throughout my tenancy - however this whole process was greatly enhanced by the very personable, hugely professional and attentive - Megan Fleming. She has been outstanding throughout my tenancy, which (especially in its infancy) was not without its challenges. She genuinely came over as being sincere in her dealings with me, she certainly did everything she said she was going to do expeditiously and not once did I feel unsupported. Bravo Megan and well done Bridges - a great Ambassador for your company!!

Bridges @ Aldershot is a kind of Team that can be rely on. From their Manager, Phil, the Sales Executives and the Customer Service Team, they all been helpful and supportive to us. Especially Mario and Laura, Laura managed to close the deal for us with our offer and Mario done all the finishing touches. I had no problem with communicating with Mario, either email or phone call, he’s always on the other end. He will even tell me when he’s going for his leave, so I know. He’s always giving us updates from our purchase even it’s a small information but for us, that’s big since we have no idea what’s the process is. Now we’ve collected the key to our new home, I can say that it’s been a smooth transaction since we only took 3 months on processing this purchase.

If you'd have told me a few years back that I'd be giving an estate agent 5 stars, I'd have laughed, but here we are. My main points of contact have been Phil and Mario, but the whole team have been brilliant from start to finish, striving to help me themselves, and not just making me wait for my main point of contact.

Phil put me under no pressure to sell in the first place. After valuing the house, he gave me space to decide whether or not to put the house on the market. He expertly arranged an open day that resulted in multiple same-day offers.

Laura found us our next family home in an area we've always loved, arranging multiple viewings. Bridges connected us with a mortgage advisor and solicitor, who have also delivered a great service, helping us lock into a mortgage offer, before rates soared. Mario got involved with some questions from the buyer and resolved the situation professionally, whilst keeping everything friendly. He also helped to agree a moving date with all parties and solicitors, resulting in an exchange a mere 24 hours later (not an easy achievement). He also arranged for us to see the house again to be able to take some measurements.

Basically, nothing has been too much trouble for Bridges. I have been extremely happy with the level of service we have received, during a very uncertain time when it comes to mortgages. Bridges will be my first port of call, when the time comes to move again.

Exceptional Service:
Having met Laura previously, we decided that we wanted Laura and the Team at Bridges in Aldershot to help us sell our property.
We had some tight deadlines to meet due to circumstances beyond our control, however, The whole Team at Bridges were excellent, even going so far as to "Sell" our property twice in the end. Communication was key throughout the process so we had Laura and Mario on "Speed dial" in case of any queries, concerns or even update requests. Overall, it was a great Team Effort so we'd like to call out the Outstanding & Professional work of Laura, Mario, Leo and Josh, not forgetting the sales support team who helped secure all the viewings in the early days.

Our experience of selling our home with Bridges was fantastic. Laura took care of everything we needed her to from start to end, and always kept us up to date with what was happening. Bridges organised an open day which generated lots of interest in the house and resulted in us recieving multiple offers after just one day of viewings, which was so much easier for us than having lots of single viewings over days, weeks or months. If we'd give with an online "do it yourself" agency there is no way we would have managed to arrange that many viewings in such a short period. We'd highly recommend Bridges to anyone looking to sell their home in the Aldershot area, and would recommend Laura in particular for the stellar work she put in.
