As a fellow Estate Agent looking to move into the Cheshunt area; I cannot recommend Paul Wallace enough.
Transparent, clear and honest are all values that are apparent within this business. Having dealt with Jon, Steve and Mark on numerous occasions, it is clear that they deserve all the business and accolades that come to them.
The industry as a whole, does not have the best reputation - however it is agencies such as Paul Wallace that really show the value and advantage of using a reputable firm.
Simply, a brilliant business that understand the nature and requirements of what it truly means to be an Estate Agent.

Paul Wallace’s professionalism was exceptional throughout the sale of our property. The negotiators were very personable, prompt for all viewings and kept me updated at all times on the progress of the sale of our property. They also assisted with numerous questions being asked by the new build developers team for the new build house we were purchasing and kept me updated at each stage of the sale. Mark was especially outstanding on keeping the sale moving and “holding my hand” during the trickier parts of the sale; and became my best friend with our daily update calls. The new build developers team commented on our moving in day they had really appreciated his constant communication to them and his liaison skills with the chain to bring the completion together. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

This was the first time I've sold a house in 30 years, so had no idea of the processes involved. Paul Wallace allocated me a member of staff, Steve Payne, who, throughout the sale, kept me fully informed of progress. Through no fault of Paul Wallace, the sale hit a few problems and Steve went out of his way to solve them. He really knows his stuff, is a great communicator and deals with issues quickly.
I learnt that getting a good estate agent on board is essential - they do much more than just finding a buyer - seems that that's the easy bit.
Paul Wallace kept on top of the sale, particularly when dealing with solicitors from both sides.
I was kind of committed to a particular solicitor and if I had my time again, I would have taken Steve's advice and used a solicitor that they have connections with. It was Steve and his colleagues who got my sale over the line and I can't thank them enough for the effort they put in.

A first class service. Selling the family home after Mum went in to care was always going to be a difficult experience. Step in Paul Wallace - I cannot praise them enough for their professionalism and support guiding us through the process. Mark kept me updated on every aspect of the sale and the whole thing went through in record time, from offer acceptance to completion. I could not have wished for a better service. Mark and the whole team were great. I would use Paul Wallace again without hesitation.

The whole team at Paul Wallace (Cheshunt), but especially Daniel, were so helpful and friendly from start to finish. We were selling a property in the area and purchasing a property in a completely different part of the country which was stressful in and of itself, but Daniel was so reassuring throughout, always at the end of a phone, email or WhatsApp! If he was ever unavailable, the rest of the team were fully up to date so could jump in to help whenever needed. Thank you so much for making a stressful period of time feel so much easier.

We are completing our house tomorrow. We put the offer down back in March . It has been such a quick and smooth transition. Jon has been the best.Jon gave us regular updates and always made sure we knew what was going on.

Superb!!! These guys held my deal together. They found me a buyer who made a very good offer. Their valuation was spot on and the service was brilliant. They chased things up really quickly and were super communicative. Even when my case handler was off, the next person was just as good!
