We first enquired at Putterills Stevenage re. selling our home at the end of January ‘22 and were immediately impressed with the knowledge and passion shown by Duncan - there was no pressure, and discussions around valuation were comfortable, leading to us instructing Putterills early in February ‘22. We knew the market was competitive, but we did not expect to have 5 appointments scheduled within 2 hours of asking Duncan to sell our home, the first viewing within 24 hours, and negotiations re. sale price finalised within 26 hours of instruction.

Our sale soon passed over to Nigel who was extremely helpful throughout - dealing with endless queries from ourselves and numerous disputes amongst solicitors whilst managing the line of communication between ourselves and our buyers seamlessly. Where there were queries or concerns, Nigel was always there to give his honest view and was proactive in chasing issues throughout. Nigel especially proved his worth in the final week where exchange of contracts was taking longer than expected - proactive and calming as ever! Having instructed in early February, we completed our sale in only 10 weeks which we were very happy with.

We would definitely recommend Putterills Stevenage and they will be our first port of call should we decide to move home again in the future.

I have just sold my house and bought another. Nothing with either house seemed to go according to plan and it all took much longer than anticipated.
