I have been a landlord and a tenant though Squires. The initial contact was fantastic, they were great. However in the past year we have been dealing with first Jodie and then Trina both of whom are unbelievably rude and hostile to both myself and my partner. Neither of us can understand why as we don’t know these people personally yet for some reason they are almost deliberately difficult in communication we currently are waiting for a repair to a shower that was apparently given the go ahead over a month ago yet they refuse to tell us what the repair is or arrange to carry out the repair. The plumber they sent told us he would ‘get a new bathroom out of the landlord’ which it didn’t need (and as a landlord myself I wasn’t comfortable with) , we requested it was just repaired and since then they seem to be annoyed and are evasive. Trina literally said ‘yea and’ to my partner it was like a little Britain sketch. Very embarrassing and confusing not to mention extremely unprofessional.

Newly arrived in Hemel Hempstead, we are very satisfied with the service their agent Ashley James provided! He responded to our questions quickly and assisted us with the rental of our ideal new home smoothly! Highly recommended this agency if you're also new in town!

Today they booked a wiev for us at 13:30 at Woodhall and we accepted it but we were 3th when we got the property since they booked many people for 13:30 without given any time slot! This kind of service not belong to 2023. The most disgusting service that I have ever seen in the soils of United Kingdom served by Ashley! Disgusting company disgusting service by Ashley!
You can't treat this way to the people as if they are animals!

We were assisted by Holly Parkinson, she was a friendly and approachable person. Taking into account what my partner and I were looking for in a property, she provided us with up to five options that met our needs.
On the viewings, she was able to highlight to us what the local area had to offer while also opening our eyes to what the properties in the far distance could offer !
If you are buying your first home, I would absolutely recommend them because the insight they provide is invaluable !
