I have been very impressed at the knowledge and commitment shown by Adam and Liam throughout the complex sale of a leasehold flat. As someone who makes their living buying, selling and renting property I have significant experience of dealing with Estate Agents and can say that Cadman homes is a very professional outfit and were very well priced compared with others.

Can I just say that Liam at Cadman Homes - Local Property Specialists dispels all the thoughts and myths about those in his profession. He has supported me since July 2022 to help me purchase one of his properties - he was getting no commission from me as the purchaser (I had a private buyer) but he chased my solicitors on a daily basis and put in so much time and effort to helping me sort out issues. It was a simple cash purchase but it still took until 8 December to get sorted thanks to the stupidity of others but Liam was never grumpy, never stopped working with me to get things resolved (and this has continued post-purchase too) and at the end of it gave me a house-warming pack! I just cannot commend him highly enough for his knowledge, expertise, professionalism and will never use another agency. His team are also just as wonderful.
