When it came to selling my property, I approached Sears & Co after hearing great feedback from friends who had used them. I requested a valuation, and Richard came out the next day. I can't fault the service I received at any point throughout the sales process. Richard gave sound and confident advice and I was always kept informed at each step of the process. Whenever I had any questions, Stacey was always quick to reply and come back to me with answers. I would definitely use Sears again and would recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent in the local area.

We have bought and sold through Sears on no less than 3 occasions, as with all House purchases and sales there are always unexpected troubles however Richards experience meant that we never worried about a thing.
