I would highly recommend Thomas Merrifield in Grove. Andy kept me informed every step of the way with regards to my house sale. If he wasn’t in the office, both Jack and Tonja were always as helpful, messages and requests were dealt with promptly and efficiently. The vendor of the house we were buying, needed exchange and completion to go through ASAP and I know Andy did all he could to enable that to happen. I have since recommended TM to a friend, she has used them and been impressed too.

Charlie & the team were nothing short of amazing throughout our house sale. Even though it was very stressful on our part due to things we had to acquire to proceed with the sell of our house Andy, Jack and Tonya couldn't of been more helpful.
A big shout out to Andy who helped us with our paperwork as needed to get it done asap and being very stressed this helped us immensely. He also helped us research online for paperwork and scanned and sent copies to our solicitor for us, not his job but very happy to help, he also calmed me down loads and reassured me all the way through things were going to be fine.
Jack was also very helpful, even phoning us on boxing day. When he came to value our house he was very professional and knowledgeable for his young age, he will definitely go far.
Thank you to all the girls that showed clients round our house in the pandemic which must of been hard for them, especially Tonya who went out of her way on Christmas eve to show us round the house we ended up purchasing even though the office had already closed for Christmas and always so helpful when ringing the office.

Andy and the team at Thomas Merrifield strive to provide an honest, friendly and professional service to all of their customers which is sadly lacking in some estate agents these days.

We decided to put our house on the market with them based on previous dealings with Andy and we were not disappointed. From the initial consultation and valuation, to viewings, feedback and the sales process the whole team where fantastic. They really put your mind at ease during the stressful processes of moving.

A couple of days prior to exchange our buyer decided to pull out for no logical reason. Andy and Jack worked tirelessly to keep the chain together and ensured we had the house back on the market, viewings arranged and resold within 4 days. We couldn’t of asked for anything more.
