Best landlord / letting agents in Southampton! My rent for my 1 bed flat (living room / kitchen + bedroom + bathroom) matched the same as a typical student studio with bills included. The interior was beyond the typical quality of a student flat, with a beautiful bathroom. Any issues were dealt with quickly and they went above and beyond for me including letting me in without charge the several times I locked myself out.They were not finicky about returning the deposit either unlike many other Southampton student letting agents. 100% recommend.

Stayed with Poswall the past year and it was a great experience ! The flats was modern and lovely, perfect for me , i never had any problems with any of the appliances and my stay there was smooth sailing. The staff were all very lovely and helpful with any process that needed to take place, and were extremely accommodating ensuring we had the best stay and experience with them.
