We recently used the Andrew Grant for marketing our property for Lettings. They were really good at getting initial interest in our property on both occasions.

The whole process was smooth and Andrew Grant managed all of the viewings from start to finish and providing us with feedback from all viewings and details of interested parties so that we could review. We do feel that they could improve in making sure the interested parties are aware of the property capability/suiting to ensure that the property would suit their needs.

Vetting financially was amazing and pretty quick once we had chosen the new tenant.

I was lucky to have the great team at Andrew Grant working with me to guide me through the process of renting a property recently. The added complication was that I was doing this long distance from California! The whole team of Tracey Richardson, Will Burgoyne and Abigail Hill were fantastic - very responsive to my multiple emails, providing detailed and accurate information, and guided me through the whole process. A fabulous service from start to finish from Andrew Grant. Guy was extremely efficient, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble however, a special mention goes to Tonia who was absolutely outstanding. My girlfriend and I have been renting a property through Andrew Grant for 3-4 years now and I can honestly say that it has been a great experience every step of the way. From Arranging the inspections of the property too the safety checks has been a seamless process from start to finish.
On the rare occasions we needed to report either a repair that needed doing or just to get reassurance that things are going smoothly they have always been at the end of a phone and quick to reply to emails.
As an example we needed an error on the boiler sorting out and I got in contact with Sharon Hawkeswood and everything was set up to diagnose and repair the issue.
We can't thank her enough for her quick and professional response especially because of the impending cold weather approaching.
Anyone looking to rent a property I can't recommend Andrew Grant and their staff highly enough.
