I have been letting out my property with Andy and the team for more years than I can remember. They have found good tenants, quickly, and provide a great, professional service. The team are very friendly, always answering queries and happy to have a chat and give advice when wanted.

Andy and his brilliant team have been letting my properties for around 15 years. Although tenants have changed I cannot recall either house being vacant for more than a few days. Tenants have been vetted and we have never lost rent. Tax forms are easy to submit with the comprehensive annual financial summary. Properties are inspected and repairs conducted at very reasonable costs. When we expanded to two properties Andy provided superb advice about where to purchase in Taunton. Their service is quite simply outstanding. Completely trustworthy and they have made our venture on the property market very straight forward.
