We talked to a number of Estate Agents before putting our house on the market. Carter Jonas impressed us with their understated professionalism and realistic sales strategy; we were not misled. Kevin and his team worked very hard to find us buyers and to ensure that those buyers could back up their offers (including working through a Bank Holiday). The result was a solid sale that achieved the agreed target price. A protracted sale/purchase process (the fault of third party solicitors) was negotiated with diplomacy, candour and good liaison with all parties. Carter Jonas has a solid team that I would recommend to anyone.

The experience with Carter Jonas really stood out from all others, from viewing the property to end of contract. Very efficient and effective in resolving issues with the property. Alison at the Winchester branch was fantastic. She managed our sale through the very tough days of the pandemic. Solicitors etc were very slow, but her skill kept everyone in the chain calm and on track. Her liaison was superb!
