This is the first time me and my partner have looked to rent a place together and the staff being so accommodating and friendly has made this experience so much smoother and stress free for us. Jade has been very responsive in emails going through the process & explaining the details to us. We were shown around the flat by Hallam who gave us the best first impression of this agency and could answer any questions we had while we were there.

Martin & co was great for me and my partner moving into our new property always on hand to answer any questions we had in the build up to the move and always on the ball when it came to sending us the information and documents that we needed in the process! Jade Harris was the estate agent that we met for the viewing and she was great from then on in made the whole experience stress free and enjoyable! Overall I was just very impressed with the service throughout and couldn’t recommend anyone better if you are looking to rent or buy!

Hallam and his team were superb from start to finish as we rented a property through them. Nothing was too much trouble and they responded quickly to questions. You really felt as if they valued your business as opposed to you being just another punter.

Great service! Found me a new tenant within hours of marketing the property. Special thanks to Jade Harris who updated me every step of the way. Should be 6 stars service!

I'm advise everyone to avoid the service of this company.
They are not looking after the tenants (as they should, based on the tenancy agreement), and when you are reporting some issues, they are getting angry, and of course, they are not assisting you.
If you want to end the agreement earlier (even if you are on a one month rolling contract), they are asking you to pay thousands of pounds with a devil laugh.
When you are going to their office, they have there two (I will not call them...you know how) women's who are sitting on the chairs, drinking and laughing and you can only watch them, together with the manager of that office. Very disgusting and very racist company.

We had reviews that were deleted by them (or reported to Google as false) because they don't like to have the truth published.

Avoid this company, avoid them!!!
They don't deserve even one star.

Jade and everyone at Martin & Co were pleasure to work with, keeping me updated evey step of the way. Right from my initial enquiry to viewing and throughout the application process, they answered any questions I had promptly and made eveything easy.

Recently sold and completed. Jade, Hallam and the team have gone above and beyond to do this at pace with a very complex sale. Nothing has been too much trouble, communication was excellent as was advice - highly recommend them.
