I recently let out a flat with the Leaders Gunwharf team and so far very happy with the service.

Simon is a pro and was really helpful, detailed and thorough in answering any initial questions I had. He was very efficient with the set up, wasting no time in getting the property listed. He's very knowledgeable with the Eastside Plaza development. Also was able to offer competitive rates.

Harpreet is enthusiastic, helpful, hardworking, and was very responsive with the tenant find. She kept me up-to-date throughout the process and clearly did a great job as we successfully found a tenant for the property within days of listing!

I have no hesitation recommending the team at Leaders Gunwharf.

Happy to write this review. The service and support provided by the Leaders are great. I have been with them for the past 1 year, it goes smooth and supportive. Recently i had maintenance issue in my apartment, the way and time taken to resolve my issue was great and awesome. I would like to Thank Leigh Dawes-Property maintenance manager who was supportive and resolved the issue in short period.

It was a nightmare securing an apartment for me and my Family in Portsmouth. As the arrival dates approached, it became a serious issue for concern- dealing with several agents who for whatever reasons just didnt have the interest or commitment to help us secure an apartment, Thats until I met Jack Reid @Leaders. It seemed like he was God-sent. The dedication and support he gave to enable me close on this apartment, and the support throughout the process was positively overwhelming. I cannot thank Jack Reid enough for the empathy. Offering services is one thing, everyone does it, but offering services in such a manner that identifies with the challenges of the customer is what distinguishes one provider from another. Having problems? Call Leaders and ask for JACK!!

Fantastic service at Leaders Gunwharf Quays! I had terrible service and complete client disregard at other letting agencies, so I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with this branch! I was assisted by Jack, who promptly answered any question I had, very professional and provided very good service in assisting me with renting a property. Would recommend!

Had a fantastic experience as a first time property viewer with Leaders. I was lucky enough to be shown around a flat by Simon - he was friendly, honest about issues I might come up against, and very communicative and receptive to any questions I had. I’m particularly nervous about property rental after nightmares with other estate agents, but my experience with Simon has led me to pursue a property with Leaders after all. Highly recommend

I have agreed to a no deposit option with leaders which goes under damages and repairs. I have been paying extra for 2 years because of the no deposit option. This is approximately £2,304 pounds that I have paid extra. And now the landlord is claiming that I have damaged the apartment and is making me pay an excessive amount when I am positive that the only thing the flat needed was cleaning which I am more than happy to pay for. Other than that, I did not cause any damages to the flat. If anything, the flat was not in the best condition when we moved in as the furniture was old, it was not freshly painted, the bathroom was rusty, the fridge stopped working at one point, the light bulbs constantly needed changing, the wooden floors would creak, the exhaust fan stopped working, and it needed a deep clean. When my fridge stopped working it was fully stocked and everything went bad and I had to throw everything away but i did not ask for a compensation even though it took weeks to get a new fridge! I didn’t even get an apology for being so late! Every time I needed anything I would never get a response until I nagged and kept calling. At this point I truly feel that I’ve been taken advantage of because I am an international student and I don’t this is acceptable to me. £70 to replace one cushion when I am sure it’s no more than £20 from ikea? When I contacted the landlord about this issue and I was trying to explain how much I had to endure and how I feel like it’s unacceptable and that I truly feel I am getting taken advantage of all she could tell me was “that extra amount won’t go for repairs and if you want you can raise a dispute” I hope that if you’re an international student you find other letting companies as you will most probably be taken advantage of. Honestly I wish I can give it 0 stars.
