Booked a viewing on a property, agent didn't bother to register my interest, then didn't turn up for the viewing and to top it of, didn't even have the courtesy to call to cancel. Therefore now loosing out on business. Disgusted to say the lease and will be spreading the word on this time-wasting amateur business!

Bought a house with these agents. Martin is extremely helpful and always there when u need him. Got us set up with a great mortgage broker and things moved very fast with fantastic communication! Can’t recomment them enough :)

Small, independent estate agents that actually care. The whole team are great and will do everything they can to help with the buying or selling of a property. Highly recommended.

Contacted them for some details on a property via Rightmove. Never heard anything.

Avoid at all costs.

I rang to arrange a viewing of a property. The ‘agent’ was sarcastic, demeaning and spoke disrespectfully about the owners. A retired couple, who frankly deserve respect.

I asked to make a complaint, they put the phone down on me. I put my complaint in writing to them, to avoid having to write this….three weeks on nothing.

By all means be rude to buyers, but unforgivable to be talking badly about your clients behind their back.

It was easier to speak to the Ombudsman.

For balance, see the other 5 star reviews…. There appear to be some very happy ‘customers’. Although a few clicks and Google suggest that these aren’t genuine..
