We're so pleased we are renting our property through Mills Knight, the whole process from arranging the viewing to signing the tenancy agreement has been fantastic. Everyone in Mills Knight who we have dealt with during our property search has been incredibly professional, quick to respond and always helpful. I had started my property search back in July and dealt with a lot of Estate Agents in Norwich, I can genuinely this agency really knows what they are doing, they have a family business feel and their customer service is fab.

This is the second property I have sold with Mills Knight and I have also used them on a number of occasions for probate valuations too. As always they are responsive and most of all honest clear and professional. Mills Knight handled the sale of my fathers house. He had lived there for over sixty years it was a big wrench for him to leave and coupled with the pandemic could have made it a very stressful exercise for both him and the rest of the family. Any stress was cushioned by the professional, friendly and compassionate attitude by the staff. Rented via Mills Knight for 6 months. During my tenancy, everything was done to perfection. Any problems were very quickly recitifed. Lyn in the main office was very helpful.

This is only my second experience with letting agents so all my prior experience was gained with another major Lettings outlet.
Luckily I spotted the previous tenants moving out of the apartment before the To Let sign went up and had contacted Mills Knight on Sunday so that I was one of there first clients they saw on Monday morning. Wednesday I saw the apartment and accepted it all references pending that was on December 22nd. By January 16th I was moving in and the landlord had put a new boiler in and redecorating certain rooms which I was really happy with. The was a certain odour in the flat but within the week and scented plugs the odour had gone.
Mills Knight apart from not having a card reader made things really easy to deal with. Within 24hrs I was directed to the Lettings hub who dealt with all references and credit checks and then straight after Christmas it was moving in date.
The only thing I did find strange ( not Necessarily wrong ) and that is when you get the keys and contract for the first time you are in their office not your new flat meaning the first time you walk into the flat and if you find anything wrong they have to rely on your word for it even though you may not have done anything. Thankfully apart from some boot polish on the carpet and a broken freezer drawer everything has been spot on and as a result would recommend Mills and Knight.

I rented a flat with Mills Knight for two and a half years and it was a positive experience throughout. I found all the staff and contracters were all really easy to work with.

During that time they have been so helpful,honest ,always trying to solve problems in the best way for both parties Landlord and tenants .They organised the repair and maintenance of my properties at reasonable prices. In 2012 I was victims of a scam concerning my properties Julie reacted quickly and help me to solve the problem successfully.
