Student Digs Gloucestershire

Not perfect but I spent 2 years staying in accommodation provided by student digs Gloucestershire. My actual accomadation was great and I never had any big problems with it, whenever as a flat we did have problems with heating or the microwave the staff at student digs were quite quick and easy to reach to get help. Emma especially was a big help when moving back in and was easy to reach via email. My only issue with the service provided was the cleanliness of my room when I recieved it, some of the draws clearly hadn't been cleaned out from the the last occupant. However what do you expect from student accomadation! But other than that no issues and rather good service.

Terrible be careful when taking out a contract with them. On many occasions I reported a chair that was broken on behalf of a family member before they started the contract with them. They sent someone to fix the chair but was not able to fix it. At the end of the year my family member was fined £70 for a chair they did not break and reported on many occasions. Crooks!

I lived at Potters Place for my first year and my second and third at Brunswick House, I found all the staff from the office to the housekeeping team to be helpful. They ensured the properties were maintained and if there ever was an issue it was dealt with immediately, nothing was too much trouble.

Student digs have always been supportive and quick to deal with the very few issues we have had over the last three years. They work hard to ensure that their students are happy and are very easy to talk to!
Myself and my partner have lived in student digs properties for the majority of our university life and have enjoyed the experiences we have had over the last three years as their tenants.

The staff at student digs are very helpful in all services they provide, they are kind and welcoming, deal with all problems and issues raised by students with quick response.
I would recommend to any student looking for accommodation because you won’t find better accommodation and service than the one student digs provides.

Student Digs are so helpful and quick to respond to any queries or concerns that you may have. The accommodation that they offer is central and close to bus stops and supermarkets. I highly recommend them to any students searching for their next student accommodation!

Currently living in Brunswick House- it's brilliant, really good facilities, parking, location and lovely rooms. The Student Digs staff are friendly and helpful. Applied to stay here next year too!!

I stayed in the New Pilot building, the location was perfectly central, the flats were pretty damn good and very fairly priced. The team at student digs could't be more helpful, friendly and informative. This place is a gem, 10/10 would recommend!
