I saw a few estate agents before choosing Cubitt and West, Petersfield. The others seemed good but it was the authentic enthusiasm and appreciation for my home and the area that made the difference.

I contemplated using a zero fee agent but am so glad I didn’t because the road from agreement of sale to exchange was long and tenuous at times. I made many calls to the team for assurance, advice and support. They all knew about my house and cared. It wasn’ta big sale for them but that didn’t make a difference. Each time was met with understanding and support.

They did a lot of work behind the scenes liaising with solicitors and the other estate agents as well as my buyers. Without their support it’ll have been a nightmare, it was tense at times.

As we all know moving home is unbelievably stressful but thank goodness we had placed the sale of our lovely cottage in the hands of Cubitt and West. Maddy and Lee at the Petersfield branch handled the sale in such an efficient and professional manner especially when the first offer of sale collapsed. They were very reassuring and optimistic , always happy to take calls or return them and keep us up to date with developments.
