We've had a great experience with Maxwell Valentine, they've been nothing but friendly, helpful and professional from the moment we had a viewing at one of their properties. We've since moved in to a lovely brand new place, and they've helped us every step of the way, and been very responsive. Can't say enough good things about Rafal, Holly and Natasha, this has been the best experience we've ever had with an estate agent.

Great company, Great service! This is my first time as a landlord and Maxwell Valentine have been amazing. Holly and Rafal have been especially helpful. If anyone out there is looking for a good management company for their property, then these guys should be your first call.

The overall experience with Maxwell Valentine was very good:
- The contracts were handled online with minimal effort, everything was explained up front and all charges made clear
- Any issues during the tenancy were promptly dealt with. Rafal L, our contact at MV, was always very responsive and helpful both while signing the contracts and when we encountered issues at the property
- The check-out was clearly planned ahead. Inventory report and deposit followed in less than a week.

Overall a very good experience and happy with the services I received.

Dealing with Maxwell Valentine in my new rental via them has been hassle and stress free. I have dealt with Rafal, Holly and Helen to date and each are very helpful and knowledgeable in their field. Maxwell Valentine is by far the BEST lettings/sales agency I have come across having rented for more than 10 years with big agencies such as Gascoigne pees and Michael Everette nothing can compare to the excellent customer service and care that Maxwell Valentine can bring you.
Holly, Rafal and the team were brilliant in putting my mind at ease with everything from referencing stress to negotiating and communicating to the landlord - all concerns were put to ease and we were not pressurised to pay 500 or the deposit until we were reassured everything would definitely go through. It's very hard to find agencies that actually care about anything other than pocketing your money so definitely recommend finding properties through this agency!

Totally reliable, helpful and efficient. I used Maxwell Valentine to let my flat at New South Quarter for the past four and a half years. I chose them to sell the same flat. Holly, Gerry and Rafal are a fantastic team. Great communicators; always quick to reply to emails and texts and there to advise with any query.

Haven’t dealt with many letting agents and I will highly recommend Maxwell Valentine. Their professionalism is above par. Holly even offered to be a helping had when I was going through PND and that’s speaks volumes. They always look out for their clients well being. Gave them a brand new flat, service was good at start then went down hill, used cheap trade people for repairs, shoddy work, check out not done correctly and tenants complain of un clean property, now with a much more professional company that take pride in their work. Good luck.
