Good local independent estate agents. They took some excellent photos and wrote a very good sales description, as a result I had a fair few viewers and offers. This all led to the house selling quite quickly! Unfortunately the conveyancing took a little longer than expected (COVID and Xmas ) but H&B remained on the ball, chasing both sets of solicitors and generally keeping me informed with any relevant information.
