Amazing service . Such a friendly staff. We wanted to find a property urgently due to relocation . Just spoke to Beth Carroll . She is so friendly and helpful . She arranged a viewing within an hour and helped us to find this property . So staffs are very friendly . Specially Charlotte Fletcher, the head of Lettings is very helpful. She helped us to sort out the things to speed up the process . Finally we were so impressed by the way they handed over the keys with a welcome card and gift pack . Martin & Co has an amazing team. They are really helpful and supportive. The entire process was fast and their team was always a call away for any updates or concerns you have. My interactions were mostly with Terry and he was phenomenal in providing guidance and resolving my issues.

The overall experience has been amazing. From the initial contact to understand our need, arranging viewings and assisting through the process to get tenancy agreement signed, support has been great. They are responsive to queries and fantastic people to interact. Shout out to Terry Hall and Charlotte Fletcher for making this memorable.

Rented for 2.5yrs through them and they were a very helpful team. Good system in place to report repairs. Easy to access and quick to respond to any queries. Really good intermediaries for communication between landlord and tenants. One of the team members Harrison Tranter was particularly very helpful especially with our end of tenancy arrangements. I would highly recommend their agency/services.
