We have just purchased our first home together as a family. As first time buyers we obviously had lots of questions and Jas always responded promptly and with as much information as he could. Communication has been excellent and Jas and Ryan are very good at making sure everything runs smoothly, they are both very approachable and nothing is too much trouble. Terrible experience as a tenant! I sent my notice 1 month before I planned to leave the room I was renting. The agency was supposed to come to see the room which they haven't done before I move out. I have therefore called and emailed Scott who was in charge of the house many times to claim my deposit back. I was always told he would call me back which he never did or would never answer my emails (except one saying he would deal with this on the same day but 2 weeks later still nothing was done...). Almost 2 months after I move out the room, I ended up asking the landlord for help, although he should not be involved as this is entirely the agency responsability. After the landlord called them, miraculeously I got an email the same day saying that they will process the refund now. As it was not enough, the amount of the deposit refund was wrong... A lot of unprofessionalism!

Loveitts I don't love it I hate it!

An excellent service from Loveitts, and especially Jas. I say this from the perspective of the purchaser (not vendor, so I didn't appoint the agent, but when I next sell a property I'll be coming to Jas). Jas dealt with a complicated purchase, always on hand to answer queries, fast turn around and managed the various stakeholders with great skill. Thank you - you made a stressful activity that much more bearable.
