Both of my properties are managed by AM Swanscombe - we've had a great experience with the lettings team over the last 6 months whilst transitioning new tenants into the property. Lee has been a huge help going above and beyond, making sure everything was in place for the move-in date over the Christmas period, in constant communication for any issues. Kerry also provided a huge support with a challenging tenant and we were able to resolve the issue fairly quickly. Both have extensive experience in the property industry which really helped as i'm a new landlord to the property market.
