One of the best agencies in Maidstone. We were with the agency for three years and we had a great experience of service and support in every possible way either by personal contact or via phone, Amanda and Michelle were there for us with their smile and quick response.
Then we had to move house cause our needs grew bigger and unfortunately even if they tried, we couldn't find a house suitable to our needs given the short time we had to move.
Regarding to the high standards of services that that we used to have with Martin & co, we didn't stay more than a year and then we found a house with Michelle's help. We can't be more satisfied as we are treated as human beings and not just a cash flow.

I have received brilliant service from Martin Co Maidstone. I have now been a tenant of theirs for 6 years, and they have not put a foot wrong once in that time. They always respond quickly and promptly to any queries I may have, and if anything needs doing within my flat it is always sorted quickly. I feel comfortable asking them about things and have got to know Amanda and Michelle on a first name basis, and have a pleasant and friendly relationship with them. I simply cannot recommend enough the services provided by Martin & Co team comprised of Michelle and Amanda. I have been a tenant of one of the buildings they managed for over 3 years. Their level of proffesionalim is exceptional addressing any issues I had with my flat. What makes these ladies special is their supportiveness and understanding of personal circumstances that tenants might have. They made it possible for me to rent a decent flat when I moved to the country making the process painless. Moreover, they have bere extremely understanding to health/financial circumstances making my life easier everytime I have asked for their help. They don’t only manage a building but look after of their tenants as well!

As a tenant, my expectations of a property managed by an Estate Agent are never high. However Michelle has been unbelievable responsive and helpful from the moment that I first enquired about the availability of the property, to now, when I am 4 months in. She responds to my questions promptly (normally within minutes), and the service that as been provided by every contractor that I have seen to carry out work or manage inventories etc has been excellent. All have been helpful, courtous and polite. Can't recommend them highly enough. Well done.
