Ricky Rome Room to let in Chelmsford

Ricky is the best landlord. I have stayed the last 7 months in one of his rooms in Chelmsford. The room was in excellent condition and very clean when I arrived. Ricky always was there to help and when I requested an extra table and a chair he brought me brand new table+chair within 2 days. Ricky is a professional landlord who respects his tenants and their privacy. He returned my deposit in full with no delay (not even a day). I recommend Ricky Rooms 100% as I was very satisfied. I stayed at Ricky's 210 Broomfield Road house for 17 months, room 5 is probably one if not the best shared house rooms in Chelmsford. Room 5 a double room with TV & double patio doors to the garden. The house has a large kitchen, is modern, clean and its for professional people. It's 10 minutes walk to the station or a few minutes by push bike or motorcycle and makes easy commuting to London 5 days a week for work.

Ricky was always very friendly, fair, very helpful and cared about his tenants, anything which needed doing on the property was under taken quickly. You won't get a nicer fairer Landlord in Chelmsford with great properties and well the the inclusive cost of bills is a no brainier.

I have never found a landlord so keen to make sure that situation the environment within the house is so pleasant. If there is anything in the house, Ricky is always in the first line to solve it.
I have been living in one of the rooms provided by Ricky Rooms since Dec '19 and my room is absolutely new, clean, and quiet as well as all the other spaces within the house.
My room has double windows on the private patio which leads to the inner courtyard. Inside, there is enough space for a double wardrobe, a double bed, a double desk, a nightstand, a dresser, a TV, and there is still room for other furniture.
The kitchen is huge and there are two bathrooms for a total of 4 persons. There is also a laundry room with two wasking&drying machines, a dehumidifier and enough space to let clothes drying.
The house is just 15-mins walk away from the station giving you easy access to trains on a regular basis.
Honestly, I think you won't find a better landlord in Chelmsford. Besides his properties, Ricky is a trustworthy and friendly person and, as far as I'm concerned, if I move from my room, I'll go to one of his flat.
