I have just experienced the best service from an estate agent in my life! I decided to rent a small cottage in Milford and the attention and service that I received from Stephen Millward was friendly and first class. Reasonable fees and found a tenant very quickly (24hours!) who moved in within 3 weeks at a very acceptable rent. This is my first venture into letting residential property and I would not hesitate in recommending this firm. Their fees are considerably less than the competition who all seem to have regional offices and the fact that A&S are local has proved to be very beneficial. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I am saddened to write this but have been left no choice. At the end of the tenancy the agent did not follow the legal procedure to allow me the chance to retain some of the bond for damages caused by the tenants. I did not receive a final report, nor did I sign it off however the tenants got 100% of their bond back without my agreement. The agent has not returned my keys. I have had to seek legal advice. Very very disappointed.
