We engaged the services of Peter Scott Estate Agents at the start of 2020 to sell our home, little did we know at that time the effect the global pandemic was about to have, but despite this Peter and Yvonne remained professional and ensured they had regular communication with us, continually reviewing ways to ensure our home was marketed to continue raising interest and viewings from potential buyers. We secured a sale on our property and Peter and Yvonne maintained their high level of professionalism and communication so we were able to complete on the sale of our house within 2 months. We cannot recommend Peter and Yvonne highly enough, if you are looking to sell or purchase your home you could not wish for two better individuals to support you through this process.

Even though the sale of my property isn't complete yet, I felt it important to write this review. Peter and Yvonne Scott are simply outstanding. From the minute I met Peter he gave me total confidence and very sound advice on the local market and the sale of my property. I had all of the usual suspects around to value and potentially market my property but none of them came close to Peter and Yvonne. Most of the agents I invited to view my property were parasites and I could almost see the £ signs in their eyes as it's very much a sellers market at the moment. Peter was the exact opposite and his advice was all about me, not his profit. From that point the experience just got better and better. They gave me sound advice, total confidence and, within 3 weeks of my property hitting the market, a sale for an extremely attractive price. Very pleasant experience to work with Peter and Yvonne on our house sale. Both professional and friendly. Peter did a great job on the photos for the listing and took the effort to redo the outdoor pictures in better light.
