I have known Martin Pridham for many years & bought & sold my last home from Sumner Pridham. It is a small Agency run by the Partners Martin Pridham & Robert Sumner & their small team. This is their strength, you are dealing with people who are truly invested in giving their clients an excellent professional service whether you are a buyer or a seller. In this age of greater Technology, it is in my opinion, even more relevant to have a close relationship with an Estate Agency, not only to help sell your property but to keep close attention on progressing the sale process with all the vagaries of our housing sale process in the UK. Tina Pridham carried out this task in a highly efficient & professional manner. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I can not recommend Martin and the team at Sumner Pridham highly enough. Having lived in our home for for nearly 30 years we were very much out of the selling/buying loop. Having bought through Sumner Pridham and had valuations done I can only say how fantastic they are. We suffered from lots of issues during the purchase but nothing was a problem and Martin was on hand to iron any problems out quickly and smoothly. More of a small family business rather than the stereotypical unscrupulous estate agent. Highly recommended.
