The sale was due to bereavement and I lived a distance away. I was completely happy with the service from valuation through to completion, I never felt hurried in the phone, all staff dealt with matters in a friendly and professional way. Having worked in the conveyancing world, I do not make these comments lightly or without some experience.

Would not hesitate to recommend and I rarely ‘do’ reviews but felt this relevant to the service I received.

They did not keep us updated on the progress of the sale and I had to chase them several times for information. I ended up conversing directly with the buyer to chase his solicitor and progress things. They also initially listed the property on rightmove as a 3 bedroom house when it was 4. We did not have the opportunity to proof read the advert before publication.
