We marketed and sold our flat through Temme English and were very happy with the whole process. When deciding on an estate agent I spoke to five other agents in Colchester and they were all very pushy - in contrast, Mitchell explained things once, was friendly and easy to deal with. We listed our flat just as Covid began and so had trouble getting people to view, the team at Temme English persisted and we got there eventually. Mitchell travelled here at least 30 times to show people round, must have been draining for him! After getting the offer accepted, I communicated with Rachel as we worked through getting all the enquires etc completed. She's good at her job: friendly, easy to communicate with and kept on top of things over the many months it took to complete. We're grateful for all the work they (and the team) put in throughout Covid and how they kept at it as several other unforeseeable delays came along. I recommend this estate agent!
