Sarah Kenny Residential Lettings

My partner and managed to secure a property through Sarah Kenny earlier this month, and it has been a great experience. The property has been newly renovated and we had a couple of questions about the appliances, and they were able to send contractors in within the day to help us, and the contractor they sent was really lovely. The team are efficient and prompt and made us feel very welcome. A great experience, would recommend to everyone.

I have used a number of estate agents while renting across the UK and Sarah Kenny has been the best by far. Great communication throughout the application process and staff seem to genuinely care about tenants.

We recently moved to a property marketed and managed by Sarah Kenny. All of the team we have come into contact with have been extremely friendly, helpful and professional. They made the whole process of moving as stress free as possible and dealt with all of our queries quickly and efficiently. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

The staff member I spoke to was abrupt and patronising on the phone. I was told they have a blanket ban on students, and that this rule is enforced by their landlords and not them as an agency (I can’t believe that to be true).

Despite being a student in my late twenties, with savings and a bursary, a guarantor, renting reference, and being able to pay rent in advance, they outrightly told me they would not help me and promptly removed me from their property register. I’m still searching for a place to rent while I’m commuting in; despite studying here, I can’t find anywhere to live in Bristol.

They don’t appear to see tenants as anything other than commodities to make money off of and do not see people as individuals - please take heed of the 1/5 star reviews on here about their dismissive treatment of tenants before you consider going with Sarah Kenny.

I am a flat owner-occupier where Sarah Kenny rent out properties. I have to say that when I've had a problem with any of their tenants, they have nipped things in the bud straightaway with a no nonsense attitude! It's a shame not all letting agents are as professional as these. Thank you 😊

The staff at Sarah Kenny have all been so supportive and helpful throughout my search for a new property and during the renting process. You can subscribe to alerts that notify you when a property of your criteria comes onto the market which was very useful. The pre-renting checks were thorough and well explained so I always knew my information was handled securely and dealt with professionally. The phones are answered promptly and any issues we've had with the flat, e.g., needing a plumber, have been dealt with immediately. I'm very impressed with the communication and support Sarah Kenny has provided through our renting process and am very glad we have them as our estate agent. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
