I feel extremely lucky to have Toby as my letting agent. He has been absolutely amazing helping and supporting me during the whole process of referencing which was very new to me (and complicated!). He explained everything to me and tried to find best solution to my situation. He has been very understanding and professional and always was very responsive and ready to deal with any problems!
He still is involved in dealing with my queries about the house I am renting, and has been very helpful and patient. I cannot recommend him highly enough! Without his help I would not be able to rent the house on time.
