They ensured the most proceed-able buyer was recommended to us having completed their due diligence. Our house sale went through within two weeks! Charlotte was great when I went into branch to discuss the circumstances of the sale and our purchase. Samira was very helpful and efficient throughout. Called the office about listing my house with them, Could not get them to discuss selling fees. they will only discuss them after the valuation. What happened to transparency?
The fee should be the first thing we discuss.
