I have been using Ville City to rent my property for almost 3 years now and I have been very satisfied. Michael has found tenants 3 times and he is very proactive and extremely helpful. He makes the whole process very easy and stress free: market valuation, property listing (very professionally done with excellent photos and video), arranging viewings, consistently finding very good tenants in a short space of time, setting up the contract, organising reference checks and advising on latest landlord regulations. He is highly knowledgeable and I trust that he has my best interest at heart. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
