I have found Newton Fallowell to helpful, professional, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. They kept me informed of the process of buying my house and offered helpful advice. They always returned my calls if necessary, but mainly there was always someone at the office that I could speak to who knew in detail about the property I was buying.

I'm not a "serial house hopper" so buying my first home in nearly 20 years meant I was totally out of practice and also up against the time constraints of the stamp duty holiday period ending at the end of June. Deciding to take the plunge after a difficult 2020 and get out of rented accommodation, seeing the house I have ended up purchasing from Newton Fallowell in Ashby "seemed" like a good idea. I am amazed how archaic the whole buying process still is after 20 years and the team helped me through the entire process as my situation was far from straight forward. The team chased everything they could for me as my deadline was 30th June to exchange and complete. I must have driven them mad trying to get everything in the right place and the right time. Every hurdle that was thrown at me was negotiated and executed brilliantly - to the point that my target date was achieved with two days to spare!

I can't thank the Ashby office of Newton Fallowell enough for everything they did for me during the buying process as it has enable me to have a fresh start and rebuild a future that was not looking fantastic. They have quite literally helped me change my life for the better and secure a future for me and my children - which is was my sole aim!!
