Ian took brilliant photos of my property, and the property was listed within a few days. Viewings completed the following week by Toni who was friendly and professional with a sound knowledge of my property and the area, ensuring potential buyers felt at ease and well informed.

Offers were received and discussed with Ian and Natalie whom ensured I was fully informed to enable me to evaluate the offers most likely to suit my sale requirement.

Once I accepted an offer the sales progression and support was faultless. This resulted in all parties being kept up to date with progress and a smooth completion within 6 weeks.

Ian the Branch manager at Andrew and Co has been just excellent. He has a great knowledge of the market in respect of Laurel Court, a retirement complex, and has been really helpful in dealing with probate after my mother's death. What I found especially touching was his clear empathy for the people who consider and then live in the complex, and also for their families. Yes, we have to talk about property and financial matters, but with Ian it was always clear that people who live in homes matter most.
