Great managing agents/landlords. Been in one of their properties for over 2 years now and the experience has been nothing short of 5 stars. Great customer service, fantastic response time on emails and phone, and overall a very considerate caring professional service. Kirti/Julia at reception are always wonderful with comms and so is the block manager Meyer, and I continue to enjoy my experience. Keep up the great work team 😊

The worst landlord ever!!
When it comes to maintaining property, J.S Estate has company policy of not answering emails and calls and let tenant suffer… Mr. Patel has been strategically placed in the accounts department because J.S Estate wants someone to treat tenants poorly and keep humiliating them.

Never rent a property from them! They don’t consider the tenants as human beings!!

The most amazing maintenance and repair team! Paul is extraordinary, when he comes I know that he will do the best job, always helpful and an amazing human being. I am with DaBora Conway and J S Estates for eight years now and I have just very good words for them! Thank you!

JS Estates is a professional and caring company! Delivering the highest level of service! My dealings with JS Estates over the last few years as a Company cleaning on their sites, I have witnessed first hand the caring and attention to detail they deal with clients, tenants, and contractors.

I recently needed help and advice with my property I have been renting from JS Estates.
I would like to take the time to thank Samuel Carter from accounts for being so understanding and helping me with my situation.
My issue was resolved and sorted out in such a timely manner with all my emails responded to promptly by Samuel 5 star service.

I have rented from JS Estates for 1year and can say they are a great company to rent from.

Kirti in the maintenance reception team has always been very helpful and caring. I’ve had a few maintenance issues in the 6 months that I have been renting and she has always assisted me professionally.

Not even close to one star , they don’t even pick up the phone , the offer flat with out the hot water , they keep saying that they fix the issue but all that they do they send some unqualified old plumber so that he can complain about them too

Stay away from this guys

Worst agency in London and probabily in Uk. Guys don’t trust this agency they lie and they made you fake contract. If you come thrue this agency run away. The told as in the begging that water was included and was not true we have it to paid for it. Any problem you have if you contact them they answer after few days and most of the time they don’t fix your issue. Do really be careful. We need to help each other stay away from this agency
