Rented out my property to council tenants without informing me and without my prior consent. This led to me breaching my mortgage and insurance T&Cs.

Do not trust this business as they are not interested in delivering a high quality service to their customers but instead try to make a quick buck at the expense of their customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The lady Victoria was lovely and prompt with her viewing, the property I was shown was disgusting, the landlord joined the viewing- followed us around the house. The bathroom was rotten, Kitchen has so much junk. I was led to believe the landlord was living in the property as well.

The most unprofessional and shady estate agents I have come across, they want to charge me a £50 admin fee to release a deposit I don’t even think this is allowed. Manager is unprofessional as well as the staff, passing the Buk on to one another. One week on still trying to get ahold of my deposit.

Avoid at all cost - management behaviour very intimidating and aggressive. Highly unprofessional, found Razia disingenuous & quite frankly, untrustworthy
