From the very beginning, Goodfellows has been such a pleasure to work with. Beckie made the leasing experience very simple and was very patient with us. Sophie has been extremely efficient with any questions and concerns we have run into with our property. Thank you so much ladies!

I am grateful for the great support of Miss Mae Feltham, the Lettings Negotiator of Goodfellows Estate Agents (Cheam Village, Surrey). It has been a pleasant experience for my family to rent an apartment in Cheam even before we arrive the UK.

Mae has gone through all the necessary procedures with me after Miss Beckie Durrant, the Lettings Manager, arranged the viewing with my friend. Mae keeps me updated and answers all my questions with patience. Mae and her teammates work efficiently and answer my emails promptly. Their support and help is highly appreciated. We would highly recommend Goodfellows Estate Agent (Cheam Village).

Not your Stereotypical Estate agent!

Estate agent stereotypes exist for a reason, many of the agents we looked at when trying to sell our property fell into this category.

Then we found Goodfellows. The team at Goodfellows Cheam, Stefan, Sabrina, and Lorraine were fantastic throughout the whole process of selling and it was certainly a difficult process (all caused by the agent above us).

Despite misinformation, ups and downs in a aggressive market, the team went well above and beyond to help us, keep us sane and when we lost our buyer (due to circumstances well out of anyone’s control) the team had new buyers lined up within 8 hours and we had sold again in a week.

Throughout this, they helped us through everything, including our search and Stefan went well outside his remit chasing down the chain and solicitors when other agents wouldn’t even reply to an email.

Whilst many people will be driven by commission and glossy sales brochures to pick an agent, my advice would be:

“Pick the agent you would be happy to speak to regularly, that you want to do business with and that gives you the feeling that you can trust them”.

We looked at 7 agents and picked Goodfellows for this reason and we did not regret it ever.

There are cheaper and bigger companies, but selling your home is stressful and you need a team that will work for you and with you from start to finish; not just chase the numbers and hands off when an offer is accepted. And as Stefan says “this is a team effort” and it is imperative to have a good team.

In an industry filled with shiny suited sales people, who treat you as if it is a privilege for you to have them charge you, for often doing very little, Goodfellows in Cheam stand, not just head and shoulders above, but on a different level to all the others we looked at.

If you are in their catchment area, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Actually, just ask if they will help you, even if you’re not in their area. They are that good to work with

I had a fantastic experience dealing with Goodfellows Cheam. They made the whole process of renting my new home so easy and seamless , right from the start when Mae was so understanding and accommodating with my viewing appointment (I was unfamiliar with the area and so coming in straight from work, was slightly late and very flustered 🙂). Mae and others have been very helpful picking up all the queries I've had and contributed immensely to my settling into my accommodation. Very impressed!

We had a very good experience with Goodfellows, Cheam. We are first time buyers. Without this team, it wouldn't have been possible to become a home owner. Initially we worked very closely with Stefan and Sabrina before the offer got accepted. After offer acceptance, Sabrina was very helpful through out the whole process. She always understands when there was a problem or query and made sure we got the response from the seller and their solicitors in a timely manner. For a first time buyer, the process was really smooth and we managed to do completion on our preferred date of 5th September. Thank you so much Sabrina and the whole team!!!

We had a great and smooth experience considering that relocating is the most stressful thing in London. Mae was lovely and patient with us during the process of renting considering my wife was not available to see the apartment for the first time. Myself and my wife appreciated the fact that Mae made this experience easy. We loved the follow up calls and emails just to check on us, the details mattered. Thank you Mae, Matt and the entire team for your support.

Goodfellows Cheam did a fantastic job for us in selling our home and supporting the whole process (the Ups and downs!) through to completion. Stefan & Sabrina were always available, extremely helpful, collaborative and a lovely, genuine team. We had a great experience with them and already recommended to friends. Thanks to all the team at Goodfellows!

A shout out to Beckie and Mae at the Cheam Village office. Professional and personable, they acted efficiently to find me a tip-top tenant in double quick time and took good care of the whole process with me being abroad for much of the time, making quite a complex process less so.
They are managing my property for me and have responded in timely fashion to varied requests to help solve issues.
