Eden Estates were fantastic from start to finish. After a very horrible experience with the Property Shop (Stourbridge) we were really reluctant about trusting another Estate Agent but Eden wholly restored all our faith.

Richard was an incredibly helpful, genuine and trustworthy estate agent and not pushy like other estate agents we had experienced. Pam was fantastic too, friendly and professional and always got back to us promptly when we had any queries. Between the two of them, they both made the whole process of buying a house really enjoyable and relatively stress free. Richard was even kind enough to give up his free time on the weekend to allow us to measure up the house prior to the purchase completing (an enourmous help when it came to buying items for the house). Eden Estates consistently went the extra mile and even picked us up from the station the day we came to collect our keys and even gave us a list of local recommendations around our new home. These gestures were totally unprompted and just goes to show their dedication to customer care.
