Thinking back on how the purchase process was, dealing with estate agents right from viewing/placing an offer until getting the keys is a seamless process and a very pleasant experience overall.

Even though sellers are their clients, they kept me in the loop throughout the process and provided updates when needed, quick turnarounds with any queries and chased up the seller just to speed up the process.

Excellent Service from Fine & Country Cheam Branch. We had issue with our previous buyer and estate agent and feared collapsed chain. F&C very quickly re-launched our property, found and pre-screened suitable buyers and engaged throughout the completion process. No resource spared. Very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.
