We've been renting from Fish2Let since January this year. Very happy with their service. There was a couple things that needed addressing which they did with no drama. The renting process was straightforward and easy too.

Not helpful .i desperate for a house for myself and my daughter they messing me around .told they call me regards a house last week is available and call me when viewings available then nothing so called them few days later. I was told viewings fully booked and landlord maybe changing his mind and I get call that day ? No call till Sat and was near their closing time .I left voicemessage on no one called me .again I called back and now no viewings all booked ?

As a tent that was managed by fish to let find them very rude and they think there better than you, have a good relationship with my landlord and spoken to them about it and they stopped using them after several complaints from other tenants saying the same, avoid at all cost, it’s only 1 star because that’s the lowest I can put otherwise it would be lower

Thank you to the team, particularly Mia & Anne-Marie, for helping me find a pet-friendly property for me and my cat. Found it a very straightforward and quick process as a first time renter, from initial viewing all the way to move in day! 🌟

My ex-landlord was holding off paying an incentive that he promised to pay me for moving out within 2 months of a 4 month section 21 notice as he wanted to sell the house (I had the incentive money written in a letter and email). The landlord holding off paying me was causing me a lot of stress and upset as I had a loan off a family member to quickly get in a new house (as I was unexpectedly having to move and not having a deposit saved) under the promise of receiving the money. I cannot thank Kristy Yorke enough, she did not give up on what I was being owed and tirelessly kept on the landlords case until he finally paid me almost 3 weeks later then he promised. Kristy was really supportive when I was crying on the phone, she kept in constant contact and as soon as I was told by a solicitor that I had a case against my ex landlord, she made sure he knew about it and with an hour or two of day 21 of fighting the landlord I finally got what I was owed!

Kristy Yorke is a credit to Fish2let, she was supportive when I was unexpectedly served notice and I was in tears, she worked hard to get what I was owed from my ex landlord whilst having to do her own job with other tenants/properties, and thanks to her being the liaison between me and the ex landlord, I got my money and Kristy got the result she worked so hard for.

Thank you Kristy … for everything. 😊

Had to leave an abusive relationship and they were rude, unempathetic, unprofessional and incompassionate. Told me to was 'my story against his' even after offering police reference number and domestic abuse support worker contact. Asked me for evidence of my abuse to prove it, only ever replied to demand money, ignored my emails. Currently in the process of filing a complaint and they still are being horrific. Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy. They will flat out argue with you and be unprofessional at all times. Avoid like the plague.

I feel this company lack empathy and professionalism. From day one of viewing the property I let from them, it was clear they have no interest in the tenant.

I was in a situation where I had no choice but to take the first house I viewed; I was clearly upset and distressed, but the lady that showed myself and my two children around had no empathy what so ever. At the end of the viewing, her words were “are you taking it or not?”

It then took several phone calls to confirm I could let the property - I was constantly chasing them as they did not keep me informed throughout the process.

On the occasions when I emailed to inform them that something was wrong once we were in the house, I would never receive a reply to say they would help; some random contractor would just telephone me. Very rarely do they telephone you - their usual communication is via text message and often using text slang. The emails between myself and one of the girls didn’t even have my correct address on when she replied. For a company to fall short of basic standards to those paying for their services is incredible, unprofessional and, quite frankly, embarrassing.

When I ended my tenancy, their email reply was short and abrupt; all they wanted to know was when people could view the property! I understand they need to re-let the house, but it was still my home for the next month, and they expected me to vacate the property (leave windows open and lights on etc.) - this was not practical as I leave for work at 7am and their viewing times are strictly Tuesdays and Thursdays 10.30 to 10.45! After I sent several emails explaining the impracticality and the possibility if arranging a more suitable time, I was completely ignored until the day I handed my keys in!

They have a duty of care to look after paying tenants, but their lack of attention to simple details and basic standards of customer service was clear from the start. I will not be recommending or using this company again.
