I have tried to call this agency for the past 2 weeks. They are on voicemail all the time and do not call back. What is happening?

Have never picked up the phone. They update listings regularly so they are "new". Very odd.

Would give zero stars as well. Impossible to reach, seems to be a scam.

I would give no stars if I could. As others have written, not only do they not answer their phone but they do not reply to e-mails either. Shocking customer service!

Poor quality service, what a shame. Have interest in multiple flats but can't get hold of anyone at head office. No response on either phone or e-mails, don't waste your time here.

Impossible to reach despite numerous attempts to contact via phone and email. Does this place and their properties actually exist?
