SCAMMERS!!

The worst letting agency I have ever come across. Viewed houses with them, liked one. The agent arranged a meeting with the landlord to sign the contract only to tell us when we arrive that day that unfortunately they had some familiars coming from India and that the place we saw and was agreed by the landlord was not available anymore.

That day they showed us two more places in the same building, one which still had some tenants living in, and we met the landlords. We accepted their history of the familiars and even offered to pay for their accommodation in an airbnb whilst the the tenant packed his things (apparently would take a few days) and they promised us they would talk to them and if not we agreed to move to this other apartment. We also specifically said we didn't want the third apartment.

Long story short they called us a couple days later and told us the place we wanted to rent was available and to come to their office to sign the lease. My surprise when I realised last minute it was for the house we said we didn't want. The tenant that was supposed to move out never did and later we found out different ads in the internet with pictures from different apartments in the same building to make it look like it was one apartment.

Please do NOT trust this agency.

*Agency to avoid* A completely waste of time. Agent Amaar Khan booked viewings and not showed up, no one picked the phone, Agency included. Few people were there for over an hour.. Very unprofessional. Wondering the veracity of their adverts also.

Awful agency! To AVOID!!! Agent Amar Khan is very unprofessional! BooKed meeting, no one showed up! Didnt answer the phone ,didn’t sent an email to cancel or anything!

I was a bit scared when I read these reviews but I had no problem at all. Yes, agent arrives late to the viewing, punctuality may not be his thing... but other than that he was communicative and very efficient throughout the whole process and the landlord he was working with was great too. I'm satisfied, and living in my new home already.

I never leave reviews for anywhere but feel I have to in this case. I rented a room in a HMO from this agency for around 3 months and was subsequently sent a bill from thames water for the whole property (even though my bills were all included in the rent) the agency didn't resolve this issue so fast forward three months and it has finally been resolved after I paid for a solicitor to write to the agency advising I would be taking court action and also after multiple complaints/phone calls to thames water. Extremely stressful situation and I wish I had read multiple reviews on here saying similar things before I rushed into it. So many agencies in London why take the chance on this one after reading so many other horror stories

Looked at the reviews, I was abit cautious, but they dealt with me extremely well and I got my property Ammaar Khan was great and professional, kept me updated in the process too. Thanks property Trend.

DO NOT TRUST
Please do not use this agency, they are extremely unprofessional and work with the worst kind of landlords who will rip you off and take advantage of you, especially if you are a student or young person. Please avoid Ammar Khan & landlord Yehya Mahmood, if I could give them 0 stars then I would.
